It's a great post and could be helpful for others. I have some friends who are coming from different cultures and they sometimes do feel embarrassed, so they said it was their own thing and others may not understand, but they do feel a little weird when doing it.
Experimental Period: If you’re hired as an assistant but need to take a leading role, so you feel challenge; during this experimental period you may perform okay, but your boss wants you to lose weight, put cosmetics, so you refused, you may understand your power, but you created a difficult position.
